Joanne Gibbons-Smyth
I bring over 15 years of experience in teaching and learning within post-secondary education, complemented by the diverse leadership roles I have held at °µÍøTV I have had the privilege of contributing extensively to dental assisting education and currently serve on multiple national dental boards across Canada. I hold a Master of Education degree from Simon Fraser University.
I am committed to building strong relationships that empower individuals to reach their full potential and strive for excellence. I'm truly honored to walk alongside the students and staff at Okanagan College and create an innovative and engaging place to learn and grow.
I am passionate about Health and Social development education and the continued collaboration of all stakeholders supporting pathways for graduates entering into these rewarding careers.

Leigh-Ann Postowski
I graduated with honors in nursing in 1995. Previous work as a Registered Nurse includes surgical nursing, post-partum and currently (past 12 years) GI Endoscopy. I began teaching in the Practical Nursing Program September 2015. Completed my PIDP in 2018. I love teaching and being able to share my passion for my profession with nursing students.

Terri-Lynn Russell
I have worked in the childcare field since 1996. My work experience has included working in licensed family daycare, group daycare and preschool. I worked for over 10 years with children and families requiring extra support needs in our community. I have worked as an instructor in the ECE department at °µÍøTV since 2017.
