How to connect to campus Wi-Fi?

Eduroam is the go-to WiFi for students, staff, and faculty at Okanagan college. It offers secure internet access not just on campus, but also at many other Canadian and international institutions. 

Setup Instructions: 

1. Connect to Eduroam in your device’s WiFi settings
2. Username:

• Students: FirstName.LastName@myokanagan.bc.ca
• Staff: FirstInitialLastName@okanagan.bc.ca

3. Password: Use your email, myOkanagan, or Moodle password
4. Certificate: If prompted, select “Do not validate” 

New to ����TV? First, log in to an ����TV computer or myOkanagan to change your temporary password. The WiFi won’t work with the default password
 

Manual configuration

If you prefer manual setup, use these details: 

• Network/SSID: eduroam
• Authentication: WPA2 (WPA2-PEAP, WPA2-RADIUS, or WPA2-Enterprise)
• Encryption: AES
• EAP Type: PEAP
• Protocol: MSCHAP-V2 
   

For Android devices: 

• CA Certificate: Use system certificates
• Domain: radius.okanagan.bc.ca
• Identity:
• Students: FirstName.LastName@myokanagan.bc.ca
• Staff: FirstInitialLastName@okanagan.bc.ca
• Anonymous Identity: @okanagan.bc.ca
• Password: Your college password
