International students who need a Verification of Enrolment (VOE) for immigration purposes, please follow the steps below.
If you need a VOE for non-immigration purposes (employment, banking, ICBC, scholarships, etc.), do not use this form. Request it through myOkanagan here:

How long will it take to receive my VOE?
3-5 business days: TRV, inviting family, travel to other countries/other immigration
10-20 business days: Study permit extensions and amendments
Where and how will my VOE be sent?
It will be emailed as a PDF to your myOkanagan/Outlook/Webmail account.
