One persons trash certainly can be anothers treasure. The City of Kelowna proved the old saying true by donating a garbage truck to Okanagan Colleges Trades and Apprenticeship program this September. Two recent donations to Okanagan Colleges trades training facility are a perfect example of how partnerships with the community continue to benefit students.
